A partner is being sought to help create and attract major investment to a new business park at Inverness Airport.
Inverness Airport Business Park (IABP) said its proposal could be worth 65m a year to the Highlands economy.
The first phase of the plans - the development of 69 acres for office and general business use - is the subject of a planning application.
Funding is also being sought for a railway stop close to the airport.
Planning permission was granted in February for the stop.
