The 400-acre site will be completely transformed

Consultants involved in Swansea's SA1 waterfront development are to help transform the urban village planned for Ebbw Vale's former steelworks site.
Savills have been appointed, along with others, to oversee the regeneration of the site.
A new hospital, learning campus, homes and railway link are planned to be built on the site.
The 15m project is thought to be one of the most complex reclamation and regeneration schemes in the UK.
Blaenau Gwent Council and the Welsh Assembly Government recruited the firm to advise on the regeneration of the site that once housed the steelworks, which at its peak in the 1920s and 30s was the largest in Europe.
The decline of the steel and coal industries led to the closure of the steelworks with demolition on the site in 2003.
The site is being prepared for major redevelopment

In November 2005 the reclamation programme on the site began following two years of clearing the area.
It is due to be finished by 2008 with work on building 500 houses starting in 2007.
As part of the scheme, office space which can accommodate 1,500 workers will be built on the site along with 500 new homes and new primary school, a learning campus to accommodate 3,500 students and a new 111-bed general hospital costing 27m.
There will also be a new Ebbw Vale to Cardiff rail link.
The Savills teams, which are also involved in redeveloping Newport's Old Dock area, will be helping to prepare a master plan.
