The island's new owner will have to take a boat to reach it

If you have ever fancied owning your own island, a three-acre lump of rock off the Pembrokeshire coast could be just the thing you are looking for.
Ynys Onnen and its sister outcrop, Carreg Onnen - off Strumble Head - are on the market for the first time in almost a century.
But any new owner need not think about moving there.
There are no mod cons and no development is allowed as it is part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Fishguard estate agents JJ Morris are selling the 3 acre island which they say is freehold with vacant possession on completion.
They are acting on behalf of farmer Guy Richards whose mainland farm overlooks the rocks and whose family has owned them for generations.

It isn't every day you have the opportunity to own your very own island

He wants to sell to raise money for new business interests.
"Offers are being invited but we think the islands could fetch somewhere between 30,000 to 40,000," said estate agent Michael Harris.
The islands have only been on the market for a few days but already there have been lots of enquiries, he said.
"People are wondering what they could do with it."
Gulls and seals
"It isn't everyday you have the opportunity to own your very own island. It will probably go to some eccentric who wants to be able to say just that," added Mr Harris.
Although not home to humans, the island is an important habitat for wildlife, including gulls and the seals which frequent the Pembrokeshire coastline.
But access could be a problem for any new owner.
Although just a couple of hundred yards from the shoreline and less from the Strumble Head lighthouse, they will only be able to access it by boat.
"They can take a boat from Lower Fishguard or Goodwick four miles away," said Mr Harris.
