It's really important to keep a record of any problems you're experiencing, particularly if your landlord isn't taking action.
Take photographs and videos of anything that needs fixing, such as damp, mould, leaks or damaged fittings.
Save any emails, letters and messages you've exchanged with your landlord or letting agent. Keep a record of conversations, including the dates, who you spoke to and what was agreed.
Having this evidence could be really useful if you need to take your complaint further.
