Kingswinford becomes a property hotspot?

The Black Country village of Kingswinford is the most in demand place to live in the country. Chris Blakemore investigates why.

According to a property website it's the most searched for place and apparently it's all down to it's charming and 'olde worlde' character.

The survey says that Kingswinford, is known for its pretty houses and quiet streets, traditional English pubs and laid-back lifestyle.

Other places to make the top ten are Evesham, Cheltenham and Pershore.

But according to the study it's 'sleepy' Kingswinford that comes out on top amongst those searching for a new home.

BBC WM's Black Country Reporter Chris Blakemore went along to the village to find out the secret of it's charm.
