With Nicko McBrain and Monica Galetti

Adam meets Iron Maiden's Nicko McBrain, and chef and presenter Monica Galetti.

Adam chats to Nicko McBrain, the legendary drummer of Iron Maiden, about his autobiography.

We also hear from Monica Galetti, who is known for judging on 'Masterchef: The Professionals', and travelling the world with Rob Rinder visiting 'Amazing Hotels'. She chats to Adam about her new cookbook, 'Gathering',

And we go behind the scenes of a groundbreaking new live music experience coming our way, called 'In The Dark'. No stage, no lighting, no phones – just a company of 30 unamplified musicians and vocalists moving in 360 degrees around a seated, masked audience.
