Andy Stott the Manchester-based producer brings a 6 Mix full of nostalgic romances and late night jams inspired by the making of his new album Late Loop on the Modern Love imprint.

Manchester-based producer Andy Stott takes over the 6 Mix on 6 Music with two hours of nostalgic romances, late-night jams and music that inspired the making of his new album, Late Loop, released on the Modern Love imprint this October. A key figure in contemporary electronic music, Stott has spent the past two decades forging a singular sound, blending dub techno, post-punk textures, dream-pop atmospheres and experimental club music.

Drawing on the influences behind his first album in five years, this deeply personal selection moves between old favourites and new discoveries, reflecting the mood and spirit of Late Loop. Andy will also perform live at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) in London this December, following the album's release on 30 October.

Produced by BBC Audio for BBC Radio 6 Music.
