Dubplate culture and jungle with Jumpin Jack Frost

SHERELLE is joined by Jumpin Jack Frost to talk dubplates and his iconic track Burial.

SHERELLE is joined by jungle pioneer Jumpin Jack Frost to talk dubplates and the incredible journey of his track Burial. Together, they discuss how soundsystem culture is at the heart of jungle, and how dubplates were an essential part of any set in order to test out new material and set them apart from other DJs. They also discuss how the story of Burial has evolved even further, with brand new remixes from Todd Terry, Supa D and more. Elsewhere in the show, SHERELLE plays jungle tracks that were originally dubplates from Dillinja, D’Cruze and Congo Natty.
