With Matt Baker

Adam chats to TV presenter Matt Baker about his new book, "My Dogs And Me". It sees Matt reflecting on the four-legged companions who've been by his side through life's ups and downs.

James Wilson, a professional dancer for over 20 years and a former Strictly choreographer, chats to Adam about this weekend's show and his predictions for Halloween week.

And our theatre correspondent John Martin brings us his round up of the shows on tour and coming to our theatres in the next week.
