Fifa ExCo member won't confirm England promise

Fifa executive committee member Marios Lefkaritis refuses to disclose to Radio 5 live's Sportsweek whether he backed down on a promise to vote for England for the 2018 World Cup.

He insists his "conscience is clear" and he "doesn't care" what people think about him.
