Rhyl boss John Hulse has resigned after almost six years in charge of the Welsh Premier club.
Hulse guided the club to the league, Welsh Cup and League Cup treble in 2004 and led them into Europe five times.
Their best run in Europe came in 2006 when they reached the Uefa Cup second round.
Rhyl asked Hulse to remain in charge until after the two InterToto Cup ties against Irish club Bohemians next month, but he decided against it.
