Island Games ceremony in pictures

Jersey shooter David Ward acted as flag bearer for the island team at the opening ceremony of the 13th Island Games

More than 250 Jersey competitors paraded along the track at the main stadium in Aland

A central feature of every Island Games opening ceremony is the water ceremony. Water-bearers for each team put water from their home island in with water from every other competing island
