One of the stars of the Namibian side, Dawid 'Hakkies' Husselman provides a vital link between the backs and the forwards.
His importance to the team cannot be under-estimated as he showed at his South African club, Mpumalanga Pumas, last season.
The Pumas value him so highly, they have been reluctant to let him play too much international rugby.
Like team-mate Heino Senekal, the quick-thinking scrum-half was born in Tsumeb, and has gained an impressive reputation in South African provincial rugby.
He played four consecutive seasons of Super 12 rugby - 1999 and 2000 with the Bulls and 2001 and 2002 with the Cats - but missed out in 2003 as the Bulls had enough cover in the scrum-half area.
Able to kick well with either foot from the base of the ruck or scrum, Husselman made his international debut against the Arabian Gulf in 1993 in a qualifier for the 1995 World Cup.
Having missed Namibia's only other appearance at rugby's premier event in 1999, he will be looking forward to his first World Cup this year.
