Russia goes to the polls tomorrow to decide whether Vladimir Putin should get his job back as president. The French and Americans are both on the point of electing new leaders too. Their presidential campaigns are already in full swing. In fact by the end of this year, four out of five members of the UN security council will have chosen a new leader.
