Zimbabwe's President Mugabe will be celebrating his 86th birthday with a lavish party. Estimates say the celebrations will cost around half a million dollars, at a time when the country's economy is in crisis. Correspondent Andrew Harding discusses how critics will slam the party as at least 2 million people need food aid.
