There have been four violent attacks in Pakistan in the space of week. The most brazen assault was over the weekend on the army's headquarters near Islamabad. The Pakistani army say that the man in charge of that attack was Mohammed Aqeel, who was in the army until five years ago. Lt Gen Asad Durani, the retired former head of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence, discusses the wave of attacks.
