British Airways has announced better than expected loss of £50m for the three months up to December, bringing its total losses for the last nine months to £342m.
The results come as the airline defends an action in the High Court over claims that it failed to lawfully negotiate changes to cabin crew pay and conditions. Howard Wheeldon, senior strategist at BGC Partners, examines the airline's performance.
