On the fifth anniversary of the ban on fox hunting in England and Wales, the Environment Secretary Hilary Benn has written an open letter to the Conservative leader, David Cameron, asking him why he is determined to repeal the legislation.
The Tories say they will allow MPs a free vote on fox hunting if they win the election. Mr Benn explains his letter.
