The world's largest technology trade fair CeBit opens in Germany today. It's an appropriate location when you consider that Germany has, over time, produced some of the world's most revolutionary inventions, from the motor car to MP3 players. But a new report suggests that the Germans risk losing their innovative edge. Correspondent Steve Rosenberg takes a look at what has become something of a national past time in Germany: inventing things.
