An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after David Askew, a 64-year-old man with learning difficulties, collapsed and died outside his home in the Hattersley area of Manchester on Wednesday. One of Mr Askew's neighbours, Lynne Barber, says that he has been harassed by local youths.
