The Press Complaints Commission has for the first time upheld a complaint against comments that were made on a website by an internet blogger.
A reader complained after Rod Liddle, a former editor of the Today programme, wrote on the Spectator magazine website that the "overwhelming majority" of violent crime in London was carried out by young Afro-Caribbean men.
