British Airways and the Unite union are to hold fresh talks today, ahead of a planned five-day strike by BA cabin crew staff due to begin on Monday.

On the Today programme yesterday, BA chief executive Willie Walsh accused the branch of the union which represents cabin crew, known as Bassa, of being "out of touch with reality".
