Taxi drivers in Bristol are taking the City Council to court for forcing them to paint their cabs blue by May 2011.

Councillor Gary Hopkins and Shafik Hamid, of the National Taxi Association, discuss whether the council has the right to force the drivers to change the colour of their cabs.
