The Prime Minister has appointed the retail billionaire Sir Philip Green to lead a review of government spending.

Speaking to Today business presenter Nick Cosgrove, Sir Philip said he would be focusing on the areas where the most money was spent, and said there could be a money saving opportunity in the introduction of centralised procurement.
