Fresh questions about the legal advice given to Tony Blair in the run up to the Iraq war could prove damaging today as the former Prime Minister goes back before the Chilcot inquiry.
Mr Blair has been recalled to give more evidence and is expected to again strongly defend the decisions he took which lead to the fall of Saddam Hussein.
