Should surrogacy be easier in the UK?

This week Nicole Kidman and her husband have became the latest celebrity parents of a baby born to a surrogate, joining Elton John and his partner who have done the same.

But the law here in the UK makes it illegal to do the same as in the US where people can be paid to have children for others.
