The evidence of abuse at the care home in Bristol run by Castlebeck has reawakened the concerns of a family in Nottingham, whose son died after being restrained in a home run by the same company.

Paul Balen is the family solicitor of Derek Lovegrove, the 38-year-old man with learning difficulties who died while in care.
