Financial bubbles 'difficult to spot'

The Financial Policy Committee of the Bank of England, which meets for the first time today, has been set up to spot and deal with dangerous bubbles in the financial system.

Andrew Tyrie MP, who chairs the Commons Treasury Select Committee, and Sir Howard Davies, former deputy governor of the Bank of England, who was also the first chairman of the Financial Services Authority, discuss how it will work.
