A committee of MPs and peers have called on the government to renegotiate the European arrest warrant, claiming it is not working properly.

The committee's chair, Dr Hywel Francis, and Michael Turner, who was passed over to Hungary by UK authorities without being charged, discuss why extradition "must ensure human rights".
