Foreign Secretary William Hague has given his reaction to President Obama's announcement that US troops are to start withdrawing from Afghanistan this summer.

Mr Hague insisted Britain was taking the "right decision" and there were "no ifs and buts" about the fact that British forces would not be "engaged in combat" in Afghanistan by 2015.
