Horn of Africa 'very close to famine'

A desperate emergency is developing in the horn of Africa, where drought and high food prices are spreading hunger among millions of people in Somalia, northern Kenya, Ethiopia and nearby states.

BBC presenter Ben Brown, who is at Dadaab in Northern Kenya, the world's biggest refugee camp, explains what could quickly become a famine.
