A unique book containing the signatures of men known as "the few", the pilots who flew during the Battle of Britain, is going up for auction at Bonhams.

Their chief valuer at Bonhams Lord Hereford and Flying Officer Ken Wilkinson, who knew some of the men who signed the pages, describe the "wonderfully immediate" book signed by "fighter pilots coming back on a daily basis".
