A leading Syrian dissident says he expects President Assad to be deposed in the coming weeks, and has urged the international community to refer him to the international courts and stop importing oil from the country.

Haytham al-Maleh told Justin Webb that he planned to go back to the country in September, by which time the Assad regime would no longer be in power.
