Norwegian gunman Anders Behring Breivik's defence lawyer has told the BBC in an exclusive interview that Breivik sees himself as a "warrior" fighting to stop the collapse of Europe.

Breivik's lawyer Geir Lippestad describes the prisoner as "calm" but explains that he is still "living in his own world... and is not showing remorse".
