Defence Secretary Liam Fox has ordered an investigation into what he calls "baseless allegations" that he breached ministerial rules over a friend who has said he acts as an adviser.

Dr Fox has responded on the BBC's Breakfast TV, as political correspondent Ben Geoghegan reports.
