European leaders are getting together in Brussels tomorrow for what had been portrayed as a make-or-break summit for the future of the eurozone. But they have put off the fateful day and decided to meet again on Wednesday.

Germany and France, it seems, need more time to reach agreement on some fundamental issues - notably how to increase the size of the eurozone rescue fund. Can they break the deadlock? Europe correspondent Chris Morris reports from Brussels.
