It now seems that the centre of the Thai capital Bangkok may have escaped the full impact of the floods which have already wreaked havoc in other parts of the country. The BBC's Rachel Harvey joined the Red Cross as they went in search of a community on the outskirts of Bangkok that has been largely cut off by the floods.
