'It's German to be afraid'

David Cameron is en route to Berlin, to persuade Angela Merkel to drop her opposition to the European Central Bank playing a much larger role in resolving the eurozone crisis.

Germany argues that letting the Bank print money, or buy vast amounts of bonds to save countries like Italy would stoke inflation and as Chris Morris reports from Berlin, that is a deep rooted fear.
