The protesters who have been camped outside St Paul's Cathedral for the past month are spreading their wings with some moving into an office block owned by an investment bank that is no longer occupied by them.

Veteran campaigner Lindis Percy says the camp is a "focus" of a concern where people can go to try and "get change".

Matthew Sinclair, director of the Taxpayer's Alliance group, believes however that in a democratic process, the aim should be to "maximise" the extent a message is delivered whilst "minimising" the "inconvenience" and the "confrontation".

"Clear objectives" and a "clear time frame" are needed he says. He also adds that the protests are becoming increasingly "self-obsessed".
