A coalition of major charities is calling on the government to pause the Welfare Reform Bill and carefully consider its proposed changes to Disability Living Allowance.

Three million people get the payment which costs the government £12 billion every year.

It says it wants to cut that bill by making sure that people whose conditions have improved do not continue to receive the benefit.
