A decision by the drugs watchdog, the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), to provisionally reject NHS funding for a prostate cancer treatment in England and Wales has been criticised by Cancer Research UK.

Emma Malcolm, chief executive of Prostate Action, told the Today programme's Justin Webb that this is the second prostate cancer drug that has been rejected by NICE and it highlights "health inequalities" in the treatment of male cancers.
