The British Medical Association (BMA) is says it has serious misgivings about the new 111 phone number for non-urgent health problems in England.

Dr Laurence Buckman, chairman of the BMA's GPs Committee, explains his concerns.

"There should be doctors and nurses at the front of this, not at the back," he said.
