The Leveson Inquiry has spent the week hearing evidence from senior officers at Scotland Yard about their relationships with the media.

Roger Graef, criminologist and acting chairman of the Media Standards Trust, believes there is a lot of "wilful blindness" going on at the top of the police. Senior police officers need a "moral compass" that works better than the current one, he adds.
