A controversial levy on large stores comes into force in Northern Ireland this weekend. The scheme, which some are calling the "Tesco tax", will see a re-calculation of the rates of commercial premises worth more than half a million pounds. The proceeds will be used by the Stormont government to reduce rates for smaller businesses.
