Richard O'Dwyer is a student in Sheffield in his twenties fighting extradition to the US. The American authorities say he made thousands of pounds through a website that enabled people to illegally download copyrighted films and TV programmes.

He says he cannot be responsible, and his case is attracting some high profile supporters. Next week he has been invited to meet the chair of the Home Affairs Select committee at Westminster.
