Arts correspondent Rebecca Jones has been to meet opera singer Jessye Norman, who, for the first time in almost a decade, will be performing in Britain.

She says her voice "is as much a part of me as my own breath, or finger, or eyelid".

"I began to sing at the same time I began to speak" she adds.
