Dame Judi Dench is still moved to tears by reading Shakespeare, and would like to perform one of his plays every night.

Speaking to Today presenter James Naughtie, she said that "either it gives you goose bumps or it doesn't".

"There may be an odd child here and there" whose imagination might be ignited by Shakespeare, she said, before reading a passage from Anthony and Cleopatra.
