The government is setting up a new loan scheme to help young people set up new businesses. But what about older entrepreneurs?

Karen Kemp, who set-up her own business with her husband, says she would like "lots of help to employ lots more young people".

Rod Boyes, who is about to launch his own e-shop, says he is currently doing a business course for over 50s which is proving "very useful" but he says it is a shame that the Business Link organisation have had their funding cut "at a time when we need to boost business".
