The government is revealing its plans to prevent the sexual abuse of children in care.

Kay-Jay Simmons, a young singer who spent most of his life in care, recounts how he was moved around many times around the country in different care homes during his childhood.

"We're commodities... we're walking gold... it's who has the lowest price," he told the Today programme.

Sue Berelowitz, the deputy children's commissioner for England, told Today presenter Justin Webb that, for some children, it is right that they move but "you need to have the right home in the right environment and right location".
