A new documentary film called El Bulli - Cooking in Progress, gives a rare insight into the work of renowned Spanish chef Ferran Adria.

For six months of the year, the avant-garde chef, sometimes dubbed the "godfather of molecular gastronomy" would close his restaurant and work with his culinary team to prepare the menu for the next season.
